Outpatient Psychiatrist

Life Stance Health is seeking a talented Child or Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist to join their clinical team at the S Mingo Rd location in Tulsa, OK. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care with a focus on medication management and therapy, including experience or interest in Spravato treatments. Clinicians enjoy a flexible hybrid model with both telemedicine and in-person options in a modern, supportive group practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care with experience or interest in Spravato treatments
• Deliver medication management as well as therapy

Compensation

• 1st year -$350,000 first Year Salary, 2nd year productivity based
• Annual Incentive Bonus up to $20,000
• Sign on Bonus -$30,000
• Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
• Compensation range $350,000 to $450,000 - compensation model based on productivity
• OPEN TO NP SUPERVISION
  -equals added revenue along with TMS

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Oklahoma
• BE/BC
• Unencumbered DEA
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
• Experience or interest in Spravato treatments
