Marketing Specialist

Key Responsabilities

• Conduct competitor benchmarking analyses and market research.
• Support the design/redesign of the value proposition of academic programs.
• Contribute to the internal continuous improvement process of the programs delivered.
• Coordinate activities and communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support the organization of events, thematic workshops, and internal training sessions.
• Create presentations, visual materials, and reports with strong attention to both detail and design.

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Languages:
  
  Excellent English and Italian (C1).
• Good proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent command of PowerPoint and Canva.
• Familiarity or interest in AI.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity.
• A strong research and learning mindset.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a deadline-oriented approach.
