Job Summary
The School of Liberal Arts & Public Service is seeking an Assistant Professor in Humanities to begin Fall 2023. The assistant professor will be expected to teach Humanities I:
Prehistory through the Middle Ages, Humanities II:
Renaissance to Early 20th Century, and Humanities III:
Early 20th Century to the present survey courses, while ensuring student success and retention and maintaining high academic standards.

Minimum Qualifications- Master's degree in a Humanities related discipline.
- Philosophy compatible with that of a comprehensive urban community college.
- Ph.D. in Humanities-related discipline.
- Potential to teach other Humanities courses as needed.
