• Education:
  
  Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or related field
• Certification:
  Oklahoma certification in Deaf Education or Special Education with a specialization in hearing impairment
• Skills & Experience:
  
  Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
• Skills & Experience:
  
  Knowledge of Deaf Culture
• Skills & Experience:
  
  Experience working with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
• Skills & Experience:
  
  Ability to adapt teaching methods, utilize assistive technologies, and develop IEPs

• Provide individualized instruction to meet student needs
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with families and educational teams to ensure student success
