High School Math Teacher Grades 9

Dove Science Academy High School in Tulsa is currently accepting applications for a Grades 9–12 Math Teacher with experience teaching high school mathematics. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, and teaching certification is preferred.

• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

The Math Teacher will create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student learning and personal growth. The teacher will help students develop the mathematical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for academic success while building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Teach high school mathematics courses, including Algebra, Geometry, and Algebra II.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to meet students' individual learning needs.
• Deliver engaging lessons and make effective use of instructional time.
• Assess student learning, maintain accurate grades and records, and prepare progress reports.
• Establish and maintain appropriate classroom expectations while treating all students with respect and dignity.
• Monitor students' academic progress and provide support to help them succeed.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and classroom learning.
