You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative, resilient, and sustainable bridge and transportation structure designs. What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design and engineering of bridges, retaining walls, and other transportation structures.
  • Apply advanced engineering principles with minimal oversight on complex projects.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
  • Manage structural tasks for the production of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E).
  • Support project cost estimating, contract negotiations, and quality assurance.
  • Engage in business development, client presentations, and proposal preparation.
  • Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Here’s what you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Oklahoma.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable design codes, guidelines, and bridge standards.
  • Experience with bridge project development and structural design.
  • Proficiency in organizing and managing electronic project files and directories.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high‑quality, impactful work.
