Location:

Marine - 7 Benoi Road, SG

• To analyse costs and prepare cost estimation based on tender specifications
• To obtain techno-commercial proposals from vendors for cost analysis
• To perform vendor commercial bid analysis against tender specifications
• Assist in tender clarifications and negotiations with equipment vendors
• Prepare credible cost estimates for management to price on works
• Liaison with ship owners, vendors as well as departments on project requirements and costs
• Negotiate and coordinate with all parties on project schedule

• Diploma/Degree in an Engineering field
• At least 1 year ofwork experience in Marine industry, in roles such as Commercial,Production, Projects or Engineering Design
• Strong techno-commercial background in ship repair/marine construction
• Strong experience in cost estimation and analysis for new ship repair projects
• Experience in subcontracting and major equipment procurement is advantageous
• Familiar with bidding andtender protocols
• Good interpersonal, organizational and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Candidates with experience will be considered for senior roles
• Candidates from Production, Projects or Engineering Design in Marine industry who wish to make a switch to Commercial are advantageous
• Only Singapore Citizens will be considered for this role
