Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team working on an innovative power generation project for a state‑of‑the‑art facility. This role will focus on the design, implementation, and optimization of a combined heat and power (CHP) cogeneration system, including natural gas infrastructure and energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and engineer power generation systems.
  • Develop and implement combined heat and power (CHP) cogeneration solutions to maximize energy efficiency.
  • Design electrical infrastructure for on‑site power plant operations, including natural gas generation systems.
  • Plan and integrate energy storage systems to ensure continuous power supply and load balancing.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including mechanical engineers, construction teams, and facility operations.
  • Ensure all designs meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental compliance.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven design experience in electrical systems and power generation.
  • High voltage electrical systems experience required.
  • Knowledge of cogeneration (CHP) systems and natural gas power generation.
  • Experience with energy storage technologies and integration.
  • Strong understanding of critical infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations (NEC, NFPA, etc.).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with power plant design and construction.
  • Knowledge of microgrid systems and distributed energy resources.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar electrical design software.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
