Site Civil Engineer

Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Inceed has partnered with a nationally leading Architecture and Engineering firm to help find a skilled Site Civil Engineer to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, multi-discipline A&E consulting firm with a strong market presence. The role offers a chance to work on diverse and complex site development projects with both regional and national reach.

• Collaborate with architecture, structural, MEP, and construction teams
• Solve challenges across utilities, grading, drainage, and infrastructure
• Influence design approaches and client outcomes

• 8+ years of site civil design experience
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Strong technical expertise in site development
• Experience with utilities, grading, and stormwater management

• Experience in mentoring and leadership roles
• Familiarity with diverse client projects nationwide
• Active affiliation with professional service organizations
