Location: Tulsa, OK or Bentonville, AR (Candidates must reside or relocate to one of these locations)

This role is hybrid, requiring candidates to work in our office at least 3 days a week.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Designer to join our engineering team. You will leverage your power and lighting design experience to create comprehensive electrical designs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure standards and compliance are met.

• Expertise in electrical distribution, power, and lighting design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to professional development.

• Vocational Certificate or Associate's degree in Engineering Design or Drafting.
• 3+ years of electrical design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and MS Office.
• Knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, IBC, IECC).

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE license or working towards it.
• Proficiency in electrical analysis software (e.g., SKM Power Tools).
• Competency in AutoCAD.
