As Aftermarket Sales Manager EMEA South-West, you will drive growth, lead a high-performing team, and strengthen our market presence across some of Europe’s most dynamic industrial regions.
** Your Responsibilities
*** Manage and coach a team of Territory Managers covering the Aftermarket for EMEA South-West:
Benelux, France, Italy, Iberia, and Export markets.
* Organize, develop, and implement a profitable aftermarket strategy for replacement filters and retrofits, leveraging the full product portfolio.
* Contribute actively to strategic planning and decision-making.
* Develop and execute business development activities to expand business with existing customers and onboard new ones, positioning Donaldson as the preferred AFM filtration solutions provider in the region.
* Identify, evaluate, and establish the most effective routes to market.
* Organize and participate in distributor trainings, trade fairs, and seminars.
* Provide accurate and timely reports on activities, challenges, and sales forecasts.
** Your Qualifications
*** Engineering degree (or equivalent technical background) with strong commercial acumen, or a Commercial degree with strong technical interest.
* Proven experience in industrial filtration.
* More than 5 years of experience in international and technical sales environments.
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals and long-term contracts.
* Demonstrated leadership experience
* Excellent communication skills in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
* Flexibility to travel regularly within the region (minimum 30%) to maintain strong customer presence.
