As an Engineer Sr., you will conduct technical and economic evaluations, performance testing, design and construction of new and existing facilities, and research on new developments, applying your strong understanding of industry and operational requirements. Taking initiative and anticipating customer needs will make you a stand‑out player. Responsibilities / Expectations- Provide equipment health monitoring and improvement recommendations with a programmatic strategy to improve reliability and business processes
- Develop business requirements for applications, tools, and reporting that strategically improve operational excellence, and partner in implementation of those tools
- Drive collaboration with various internal teams to identify solutions to sophisticated problems and provide feedback from internal customers
- Work collaboratively in a matrix organization with a focus on improving operations and technical support
- Provide support and analysis for presentations, including presenting key aspects of equipment health programs
- Monitor and report on developments in the equipment health monitoring industry

Education / Years of ExperienceRequired: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; a minimum eight (8) years of multifaceted experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry.
Other RequirementsDemonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a main priority.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
Proficiency in engineering specialties covering more than one subject area.
Preferred: Project Management experience.
