Job via Dice is seeking multiple Civil Engineers to join our growing team in Tulsa.

Salary
: $115,000 - $165,000 per year

We are a well‑established engineering firm in the Tulsa area, offering permanent positions with multiple roles. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of construction projects. The successful candidate will bring expertise in civil engineering, civil design, and land development, using cutting‑edge technology such as Civil 3D. The role is ideal for a Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT).

Responsibilities
:

• Develop detailed designs for civil engineering projects using Civil 3D and other design software.
• Oversee all stages of project life cycles, from conceptual planning to construction and completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to identify potential project challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects adhere to local and national engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

Qualifications
:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on civil design and land development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification (required).
• Proficiency in Civil 3D or equivalent engineering design software.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering principles, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
• Proven problem‑solving skills, analyzing complex data and developing innovative solutions.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment and knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
