The Project Scheduler is responsible for coordinating team activities and supporting Project Managers. This role involves working with minimal supervision to manage schedules and track commodities for major projects. You will support the development and analysis of complex project schedules, ensuring accuracy and consistency in information provided to management. A self‑motivated, communicative, and team‑oriented individual will thrive in this position.
Responsibilities- Define activities, durations, work sequences, and relationship logic to develop and implement the scope of work plan.
- Develop milestones for key decisions and deliverables during project execution.
- Ensure logic and activities align with customer requirements and department standards.
- Develop fully integrated outage schedules using critical path methodology.
- Mentor and assist junior schedulers in organizing schedule review meetings.
- Communicate schedule status and provide updates to project stakeholders.
- Guide the administration of project management standards.
- Diagnose and resolve schedule issues and provide risk assessments.
- Mentor junior schedulers in metric reporting, schedule risk analysis, and what‑if scenarios.

Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of qualified experience, or
- Associate's degree with 5 years of qualified experience, or
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of qualified experience
- 5+ years of experience with Primavera
The candidate will work in an office setting with occasional visits to project sites if needed.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of TULSA, OK.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
