At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission‑critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting‑edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good.
Your impact:
This job opportunity is available at any location in the United States. Ideally, selected candidates will be near a Jacobs U.S. based office, but we intend to hire the "best" candidates.
At Jacobs, we’re not just building structures—we’re helping our clients innovate and grow by designing, engineering, and executing the construction of their state‑of‑the‑art facilities that are changing our world. We push the limits of what’s possible to make the world smarter, more connected and more sustainable.
As a key member of our Advanced Manufacturing team, you’ll grow your skills and join a collaborative team providing our clients with award‑winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design‑build project delivery. You’ll work closely with clients and construction trade partners as you develop design concepts, create models from scratch, and coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines.
You’ll convey structural requirements to the construction team through traditional 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3D Revit models.
You’ll also have the chance to provide leadership for a small project with a team of designers, establishing project standards, procedures, training, developing your team, and building and maintaining team morale.
Join us and we will assist in continuing the development of your skills and exploring all that you can do across our global company, with opportunities to share your knowledge along the way.
