• Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects while serving as the main point of contact for BIM-related inquiries
• Communicate with the project manager to determine model setup configuration and understand project scope requirements
• Manage project folder organization, file sharing, and file archival between disciplines and external partners
• Conduct clash detection and participate in the BIM coordination process to ensure project goals are met
• Review working models and PDF deliverables for compliance with modeling and documentation standards

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field, with 3 years preferred
• Strong Revit knowledge with an emphasis on project setup and model management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
• Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred

• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans and models
• Experience troubleshooting Revit/design software issues
• Familiarity with BIM/Virtual Design tools and standards
• High level of professionalism and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
