Overview
Kimley-Horn is seeking a lead in Power Delivery to enhance our market position through new client relationships, strategic recruiting, and expanding teams supporting projects in southeast Texas and nationwide.

Responsibilities
Objectives for this position include:

  • Integrating into the national Power Delivery practice and developing relationships with other Practice Builders.
  • Understanding Kimley-Horn’s existing Transmission and Substation capabilities.
  • Partnering with Practice Builders to evaluate current clients and renewable energy clients for growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with marketing to increase brand recognition through conferences and professional meetings.
  • Learning Kimley-Horn’s business practices and resources with your integration team.
  • Identifying project teams through existing and future staff resources.
  • Building relationships with office leadership in The Woodlands, Houston, and other locations for strategic client and recruiting efforts.
  • Qualifications

    • Registered Engineer (Electrical, Structural, or Civil)
    • 10+ years of power utility experience
    • Willingness to occasionally travel for business needs
