As a vital member of our team, you’ll have the chance to work on challenging projects where we’ll showcase your expertise with planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects. You’ll grow professionally with us because we’ll rise together on impactful projects with a high degree of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design and construction services.

You’ll be leading a multi‑discipline design team to complete tasks within established schedules & budgets and help advance our business development strategies. Join us and we’ll assist in continuing the development of your skills and exploring all that you can do across our global company.

Here’s what you'll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Demonstrated progressive experience as an engineer and a project manager in the transportation design field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of transportation projects
  • Strong client‑facing project manager with skills delivering design projects and can bring a team together
  • Skilled in developing and delivering technical presentations to stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and/or the public
  • Well‑rounded technical design skills encompassing all contributing disciplines
Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have
  • Experience utilizing Bentley design software such as Open Roads Designer
  • Experience in assisting with business development efforts
  • Ability to and interest in mentoring junior level staff

The base salary range for this position is $80,100.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
