We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and hands‑on experience in 2D/3D modeling, CAD design, and industry code compliance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Autodesk Inventor
, detailed mechanical design, and the application of ASME codes.

  • Develop, model, and revise mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using Autodesk Inventor and other CAD tools.
  • Produce high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly.
  • Apply relevant ASME codes and standards (e.g., ASME VIII, ASME B31.3) to ensure compliance in all designs.
  • Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analyses, and design validation to ensure performance, reliability, and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and project engineering to refine designs and resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare documentation, BOMs, and design packages for production and customer review.
  • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all designs meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Design Engineer, Project Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer in a manufacturing, industrial, or equipment‑focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor
    ; experience with other CAD platforms is required.
  • Knowledge of ASME codes
    , pressure component design, and industry standards.
  • 3+ years of experience with compression equipment
    , pressure vessels, or rotating machinery
  • Solid understanding of mechanical design fundamentals, materials, GD&T, and fabrication processes.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
