Senior Test Engineer

Job Description

A leading aerospace and defense manufacturer is seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Engineer with a strong electrical engineering background. The successful candidate will manage, configure, and optimize test systems across manufacturing and laboratory environments. This position involves hands‑on development of in‑circuit test (ICT) and functional test stations, troubleshooting down to the component and circuit level, and creating robust automated test programs that enhance yield, reduce cycle time, and improve diagnostic accuracy.

In addition, the Test Engineer will oversee all aspects of complex projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include conducting design reviews to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards, mentoring junior engineers, and providing technical guidance. The role also involves defining design guidelines, specifying test equipment requirements, and establishing best practices for testing and development.

The selected candidate must work onsite five days a week in the Tulsa, OK facility. A relocation package is available for qualified applicants.

• 5–10 years of test engineering experience
• Strong experience with ICT or Flying Probe technologies
• Proficiency in Python and V programming
• Hands‑on experience with LabVIEW software
• Familiarity with Keysight test equipment and technologies
• Ability to use multiple simulation and design packages
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Experience working in ISO environments
