Senior Civil Engineer - PE Tulsa, OK

Location: Tulsa, OK (relocation offered)

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 +

Reports to: Director of Civil Engineering

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Masters; ABET Accredited

Licensing: Professional Engineering license in multiple states required

Experience: 5-10 years of civil design experience

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) required, multi-state license preferred
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D software
• Knowledge of industry standards and local codes for civil design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in preparing project proposals and estimating fees
• Ability to lead and mentor civil designers and technicians
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationally as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead civil site development projects, including scope definition, feasibility studies, and design proposals
• Prepare and review engineering reports, specifications, and design calculations
• Coordinate with clients, city officials, and multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee project execution, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Contribute to the Civil Team Leadership Group, improving design processes and templates
