Brief
Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to join our cross‑functional team. Our products include fully integrated mechanical, electrical, and chemical systems which reduce harmful emissions from stationary pollution sources. This role supports the planning and execution necessary to develop and validate new products for this market space.
- Design prototypes, develop test plans, and validate new product offerings
- Assist with bench tests, field trials, product launches, and new product support activities
- Create flowcharts, diagrams, test reports, service bulletins, and other documentation as needed to support development, training, and troubleshooting efforts
- Create and maintain models and drawings of complex parts and assemblies
- Data analysis and synthesis of emissions control test results
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- 1‑5 years of experience in a technical engineering role
- Experience writing technical documentation and presentations
- Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented
- Strong desire to learn, explore, solve problems, and troubleshoot
- Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to travel < 25%
(Beneficial Knowledge or Experience)
- 3D modeling and 2D drawings (Solid Works preferred)
- Project management, product management, or program management
- Sheet metal fabrication procedures such as cutting, forming, or welding
- Systems engineering, automation, mechatronics, or process controls
- Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text, Python, Mat Lab, or Lab View programming
- Chemistry or chemical process design, operation, or application
