ONEOK’s Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a three-year rotation designed to launch engineers into careers focused on reducing risk, ensuring safety, and maintaining compliance across pipelines and facilities.
During the two 18‑month rotations—Pipeline Risk Analysis and Facility Risk Analysis—EDP Engineers gain exposure to Asset Integrity programs, operations support, and engineering capabilities, with formal development through challenging assignments, training, and field experience.
