YOU MUST HAVEBachelors Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)10+ years of Engineering experience, with significant relevant design knowledge of Combustion Technologies in Flares, Burners and / or TOsExtensive process simulation experience using Uni Sim, combustion technology-specific standalone design programs, excel-based design tools, etc.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, develop, and mentor others.

WE VALUE Experience in sales support, engineering, process operations or technical service role within refining, petrochemical and gas processing industry.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and support tool infrastructure and development.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong focus on delivering results, identifying alternative solutions and opportunities for technology development and innovation.

Sense of good engineering judgement.

Comprehensive knowledge of the engineering work process, tools, and procedures

Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to meet customer deadlines.

Strong presentation skills including MS Office, Leading Meetings, Customer Presentations Experience leading meetings and presenting to customers

Ability to take on Team Lead and Project Manager activities
