- Coordinate building construction, structural work, utilities, infrastructure, and manufacturing equipment requirements.
- Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, cost estimates, specifications, RFQs/RFPs, bid packages, and contractor selection.
- Manage general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, equipment manufacturers, vendors, consultants, and service providers.
- Identify and manage critical-path items including long-lead equipment, infrastructure dependencies, inspections, shutdowns, installation sequencing, and commissioning milestones.

- Manage permitting, inspections, code compliance, certificates of occupancy, and relationships with local authorities and regulatory stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, IT, R&D, Supply Chain, and site leadership.
- Work directly with local stakeholders, including municipal organizations, airport-related partners, contractors, and community resources as needed.

- Help establish the site’s long-term operating structure after the initial facility launch.
- Significant experience helping build, expand, relocate, launch, or substantially renovate a manufacturing or industrial facility.
- Demonstrated experience taking facility or capital projects from planning/design through construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and operational startup.
