The Service Guest Concierge supports the Service Department by ensuring a clean, organized, and guest‑friendly service drive while assisting with vehicle movement, valet services, and loaner fleet maintenance. This role directly contributes to the customer experience and the operational flow of the service department.

• Maintain a clean and safe service drive area free of trash, water, leaves, and debris.
• Greet customers upon arrival and introduce them to a Service Advisor.
• Drive customer vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas.
• Vacuum every customer vehicle.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles across property locations as needed.
• Transport vehicles to and from the car wash.
• Provide valet service by moving customer vehicles from their desired location for service.
• Gas, clean, and help maintain the dealership’s loaner vehicle fleet.
• Clear walkways of snow, dirt, or debris to maintain safe access for customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
• Frequent outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to safely operate customer and dealership vehicles.
• Requires bending, lifting, and physical agility for cleaning and valet tasks.
