Join our client’s dynamic team and help drive dealership partnerships! As a Dealer Engagement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing our network by connecting with automotive dealers and delivering exceptional service.

• Proactively make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to sign up and reactivate dealerships.
• Send targeted emails and texts to engage potential and existing partners.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance benchmarks

• Document all interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with the remarketing team to identify growth opportunities.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service; automotive dealership BDC or sales experience is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Other: Flexible to travel and work onsite in downtown Tulsa.
