Casino Service Technician

Valicy Gaming is seeking an experienced Casino Service Technician for travel within a designated territory. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic gaming machines to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Base Pay Range

$27.00/hr – $30.00/hr (actual pay commensurate with skills and experience)

Summary

The Casino Field Service Technician performs preventive maintenance on all machines, troubleshoots and repairs systems, and maintains detailed logs. Daily travel within the territory is required.

Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and update gaming products at casino locations.
  • Perform diagnostic exams and software configurations on Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Document incident reports and maintain meticulous maintenance records in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Update daily/weekly technical logs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, building long‑term relationships with customers.
  • Understand and represent the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values to clients.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age 21 and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to obtain Gaming or Vendor Technician License through the Tribal Gaming Commission.
  • 1+ years of experience with electronic equipment or relevant certification.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
  • Proficient with hand and power tools; able to lift up to 400 lbs.
  • Experience with Windows, CRMS, Hub Spot, Net Suite for documentation.
  • Capability to oversee conversion projects with minimal guidance.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, on‑call, evenings, and holidays.
  • Up to 75% local travel required.
Strongly Preferred
  • Background in the casino industry.
  • Experience in land‑based gaming.
  • Ability to work remotely with the team.
  • Skill in analyzing floor map schematics.
  • Basic electrical and networking knowledge.
