Financial Systems Analyst

Tulsa Public Schools’ existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or years of creditable service. Under the supervision of the Director of Budget, this role will support Team Finance, School Leaders, and other key members of the district by maintaining data and improving processes in the ERP financial system. Examples include but are not limited to ensuring accuracy of staff allocations in the ERP system, identifying questions and issues in the system, routing these issues to the appropriate team(s), and solving issues that fall under the purview of the budget team.

This role would be a part of the Budget team and work collaboratively with the broader Finance team, district teams, and school teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or other analytic field preferred or equivalent work experience

• Three (3) years of experience

• Expertise in MUNIS ERP System or equivalent
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
