The Trust Officer manages a portfolio of fiduciary and investment accounts for high‑net‑worth individuals and families. This role emphasizes exceptional client service, trust administration, and collaboration with advisors to meet financial goals and drive growth opportunities.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and advisors to understand their financial goals.
• Oversee account administration, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Develop and adjust investment strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Educate clients on trust services and collaborate with professional advisors for comprehensive wealth management.
• Represent the organization at community events to build connections.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (JD/MBA preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, investments, or trust administration
• Familiarity with estate planning and investment products
• Certifications like CPA, CFP, or CTFA are a plus (support available for obtaining them)
• Strong organizational, communication, and client‑service skills
