The opportunityOur EPM team combines deep financial planning expertise with modern technology solutions to solve our clients’ challenges. You’ll guide clients through FP&A processes and technology-enabled planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. This practice area offers significant opportunities for career development and skill expansion.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Lead the effective management and delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects.
- Ensure a focus on quality and risk management while driving continuous process improvement.
- Guide teams and supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives.
- Provide deep insight and guidance to teams, driving performance and innovation.
- Build and manage client relationships to support business growth.
- Deep understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, and business partnering.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex transformation projects on time and on budget.
- Strong business acumen connecting finance processes to strategic outcomes.
- Proven success building lasting client relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
- Expertise in financial planning and analytics best practices.
- Lead teams and provide direction across multiple activities.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovation.
- Exhibit commercial acumen and a global mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business). - Minimum 7 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Expertise in strategic planning, long-range planning, annual operating planning, budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecast processes.
- Financial modeling, scenario analysis, management reporting, business performance analysis.
- Capital planning and investment analysis.
- Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles (Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level preferred).
- Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations or EPM solutions.
- Proven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision‑making processes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Understanding of EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, One Stream, Tagetik.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
- Industry experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles.
- Consulting experience in finance functions.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials.
- Experience across multiple industries.
- Familiarity with data integration, cloud computing, or system architecture.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytics tools.
- Ability to drive business growth and innovation.

What We Offer You- Competitive compensation and benefits package; base salary range $150,400 - $343,600, with higher ranges in Metro areas.
