What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Assist in monitoring and enforcing privacy policies in accordance with regulations such as GLBA and CCPA/CPRA
  • Support privacy incident intake, investigation, documentation, and escalation processes
  • Review, categorize, and track consumer complaints received through various channels
  • Conduct compliance reviews of marketing materials to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve compliance issues and ensure consistent application of standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in mortgage lending or banking
  • General knowledge of key regulations such as GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, and UDAAP
  • Experience with consumer lending, mortgage, or financial services compliance programs
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with marketing review processes and complaint management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
