SBCS isseeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller/CFO to join our clients'team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of our company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will also play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and compliance with all tax laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategic plans for the company's growth and profitability
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and financially sound
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and driving business growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of integrity, with a commitment to ethical and transparent business practices
