Financial Analyst

SBCS has partnered with a growing organization who is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a passion for analyzing data and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.

• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting, including budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
• Prepare and present financial presentations to senior leadership and clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and financially sound

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus
