• You’ll be a key leader shaping the company’s financial direction and long-term success.
• You’ll partner closely with senior leadership and influence major business decisions.
• You’ll lead a full finance and accounting function with room to improve systems, processes, and performance.

• Lead the full finance and accounting function, including planning, reporting, treasury, tax, and compliance.
• Own budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, and provide clear insights to help leaders make smart decisions.
• Strengthen financial controls, reduce risk, support audits, and improve tools and processes to make the finance team more efficient.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
• 12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including proven leadership of teams and functions.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
