The Part Time Teller role is a part-time, on-site position based in Tulsa, OK, responsible for delivering efficient and friendly customer service at the branch. Day-to-day tasks include processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine transactions while maintaining accurate cash handling and balancing a cash drawer. The Teller assists customers with account inquiries, explains bank products and services, and directs customers to appropriate team members for more complex needs.

Additional responsibilities may include issuing cashier’s checks, money orders, and completing daily reports in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The role requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and adherence to security procedures.

• Experience in cash handling, basic math, and transaction processing in a retail or banking environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and clearly with diverse customers.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to follow established procedures and compliance requirements.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with banking software, email, and standard office applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Tulsa, OK Monday-Friday.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior teller or financial services experience is preferred.
• Reliable, ethical, and discreet, with a commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality and safeguarding bank assets.
