Compensation:

$ 48000 - $ 56000 annually, depending on experience

In this role, you will help keep loan records clean, complete, and compliant while partnering with a collaborative operations team. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Enter data for new and renewed loans, advances, and payments
Review approvals and closing conditions before funding
Process loan funding entries and disbursements accurately
Maintain loan accounts and servicing records
Support monthly reporting and exception review efforts
Track covenants and monitoring ticklers as needed
Upload and organize electronic loan documents
Assist with filings, insurance tracking, and paid-out processing
Resolve discrepancies in reports and account balances
Provide support for loan operations requests and inquiries

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
3-4 years of general banking experience
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to work onsite and maintain regular attendance

Skills & Experience:

Experience with loan funding and loan operations
Regulatory reporting experience
Knowledge of commercial lending documentation
Familiarity with loan servicing processes
