Finance Manager · Hybrid: Tulsa, Oklahoma

We're looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of The HALO Chip's finances as we raise our next round. You'll build our financial model, keep the books clean, manage cash and runway, and get us ready for investor due diligence. You'll work directly with the founder and sit in on fundraising conversations. This is an early to mid-career role. We're not hiring a CFO today, but we're hiring someone we hope will grow into that job as the company grows.

The role is hybrid, with some days in person in Tulsa and the rest remote.

• Build and maintain our financial model, budget and cash runway forecast
• Keep the books accurate and close each month on time, working with our outside accountant
• Prepare investor materials: financial projections, cap table updates and data room documents
• Support fundraising, from investor questions to due diligence and closing
• Manage payroll, expenses, vendor payments and financial tools
• Track grants, R&D spending and other non-dilutive funding
• Set up the financial processes we'll need as the team grows
