** Automotive Finance Director
** with a strong background in Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, or luxury automotive dealership finance operations.

We are looking for a proven F&I leader who understands the expectations of luxury automotive customers, consistently delivers exceptional financial results, and has the leadership ability to develop a high-performing finance department.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, luxury automotive leasing programs, lender relationships, and F&I performance management. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Finance Director or successful Mercedes-Benz Finance Manager ready to advance into a senior leadership position.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead and oversee dealership Finance and Insurance (F&I) operations, ensuring strong profitability and an exceptional luxury customer experience.
* Drive F&I performance through effective management of finance income per retail unit (PVR), product penetration, finance reserve, and chargebacks.
* Maintain strong relationships with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and other automotive lending partners.
* Oversee retail financing, leasing, and F&I product presentations while ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance.
* Recruit, train, coach, and develop Finance Managers to achieve consistent performance.
* Monitor finance department results, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
* Ensure accurate contract processing, timely funding, and compliance with manufacturer and lender requirements.
* Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales Management team to improve overall dealership performance.
* Maintain the professionalism, efficiency, and customer service standards expected in a luxury automotive dealership.## Qualifications
* Proven success as an Automotive Finance Director, F&I Director, or high-performing Automotive Finance Manager.
* ** Mercedes-Benz dealership F&I experience strongly preferred.
*** Experience with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, leasing programs, and luxury automotive financing highly desirable.
* Demonstrated success producing strong F&I PVR, product penetration, and customer satisfaction results.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of Finance Managers.
* Thorough understanding of automotive finance compliance, lender programs, and F&I products.
* Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Experience with dealership management systems and automotive F&I technology.
* High standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
