Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain complete and accurate inventory and asset control for medical equipment and supplies, including exchanged items in locations where first responder items are pooled. Inventory and restock medical equipment and supplies in the stockroom and on ambulances. Issue required supplies and equipment to team members and maintain inventory records. Inspect, clean, and repair medical equipment as required. Complete records and reports in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot medical equipment and ensure proper safeguarding of equipment and supplies. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Drive an ambulance, non-emergency, to pickup EMS equipment left at hospitals, and move ambulances on EMSA premises.

- Completes records and reports in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoots medical equipment and ensures proper safeguarding of equipment and supplies.
- Maintains a safe and clean work area.
- Drive an ambulance, non-emergency, to pickup EMS equipment left at hospitals, as well as moving ambulances on EMSA premises.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Accurate auditing and recording of assets.
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and through radio and telephone communications.
- Understanding of medical equipment with ability to learn new material.
- Ability to lift medical equipment and supplies weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with Team Members.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Current state driver’s license.
- Previous experience with maintaining inventory and counts preferred.
- Experience in a medical setting preferred.
