• ✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• ✔️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• ✔️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• ✔️ Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• ✔️ Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Students.

• ✅ Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• ✅ Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
• ✅ Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• ✅ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• ✅ Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED. We provide interpreter support!
