THERAPITAS, a leading pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic COTA to join our multidisciplinary team. - ✔️ Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
- ✔️ Provide hands‑on therapy to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence.
- ✔️ Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs to enhance progress.
- ✔️ Maintain accurate documentation using our easy‑to‑use EMR system.
- ✔️ Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- ✅ Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or expected graduation).
- ✅ Oklahoma OTA license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
- ✅ Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
- ✅ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
- ✅ Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!
