• ✔️ Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
• ✔️ Provide hands‑on therapy to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence.
• ✔️ Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs to enhance progress.
• ✔️ Maintain accurate documentation using our easy‑to‑use EMR system.
• ✔️ Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• ✅ Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or expected graduation).
• ✅ Oklahoma OTA license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
• ✅ Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• ✅ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• ✅ Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!
