• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

Provides leadership, direction, and operational oversight for cardiovascular preventive and rehabilitative services, including the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, Community Wellness initiatives, and Hillcrest Fitness Center. Ensures high-quality, compliant, and financially sustainable services through effective clinical, administrative, and strategic management.

• Five (5) years of related experience required, including supervisory or leadership experience.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

• Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of the interrelationship between acute and chronic disease states and physical activity.
• Theoretical and applied knowledge of exercise physiology and cardiovascular rehabilitation principles.
