We are seeking a motivated and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This is a flexible, as-needed position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment while having control over their schedule.

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient progress in accordance with state, federal, and company guidelines.
• Provide an exceptional patient experience that reflects our mission and values.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma.
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work PRN hours as needed (weekdays NO weekends).
