We are seeking a Bilingual Patient Access Representative (PAR) to join the Morton Comprehensive Health team in Tulsa. The role focuses on front‑office reception and patient scheduling.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Patient Access Representative, you are responsible for handling front office reception and scheduling duties. This includes greeting patients, registration, answering phones, scheduling appointments, creating patient accounts and charts, and collecting patient payments.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED is required; computer skills are essential.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Multitasking and organizational skills are required.
- Must have interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility are required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Understanding of commercial health insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare is a plus.

Working Conditions- Work is performed in a clinic‑office environment.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to sit 90% and stand 10% of the time.
- Acute hearing is required when listening to employees and patients.
- Must possess the ability to bend, lift, and climb stairs.
- Work may involve some exposures to operating circumstances that require following standard or prescribed safety precautions.
This position has been deemed a “Safety‑Sensitive” position; therefore, Morton reserves the right to refuse to hire an applicant or may terminate an employee in a “Safety‑Sensitive Position” who tests positive for medical marijuana even if they have a valid medical marijuana license.
