Travel RN - Cath Lab​/EP

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring EP experience and an active OK or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Work in a hospital Cath Lab setting,

• Day shifts, 5x8 hours per week, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM,

• Three-room lab utilizing IMPELLA, IABP, ROTAPRO, and LASER devices,

• Cares for adult and geriatric cardiac patients needing diagnostic and interventional procedures for CAD, ACS, STEMI/NSTEMI, arrhythmias, heart failure, and vascular disease,

• On-call required and 1 weekend per month (Friday-Sunday),

• EPIC charting experience preferred,

Job Requirements

• Active OK or compact RN license required,

• 1-2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience required,

• Electrophysiology (EP) experience required,

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required,

• Experience with cardiac support devices (IMPELLA, IABP) preferred,

• EPIC EMR experience preferred,

• Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility,

• Former permanent staff must be gone at least 1 year before returning as a traveler,

Additional Information

• Provide care for cardiac patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures,

• Team operates in a three-room lab environment with advanced cardiac equipment,

• First-time travelers will be considered,

• Groups or travel pairs are not accepted,

• No more than three days of requested time off will be auto-approved and none permitted during orientation,
