Key Personnel is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant in the Tulsa, OK area.

Job Title:

Location:

Tulsa, OK

Pay Rate: DOE

Schedule / Hours
  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Employees are expected to come in early one day per week and stay late one day per week.)
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality patient care. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and helping create a positive rehabilitation experience.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities
  • Assist Physical Therapists in carrying out individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and modalities as directed
  • Monitor patient progress and report observations to the Physical Therapist
  • Educate patients on exercises, safety, and proper use of equipment
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments provided
  • Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current PTA license in the state of practice
  • CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Prior experience preferred but not required
