As a Senior Helper, you’ll have a fulfilling job providing companionship and enhancing the quality of life for elderly clients all while having a flexible schedule and competitive pay! $250 sign on bonus and $100 referral bonuses available! Opportunities for overtime also available! Starting rate is $13-$15 per hour.

As an in-home caregiver, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide compassionate care and improve the quality of life for our clients, their families and our employees.
Required CaregiverQualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of a state‑approved PCA certification training course (We will assist with training to obtain PCA certification)
- Possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license
- Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test
- TB Test
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence care, ambulation assistance)
- Assist with instrumental activities of daily living (light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands/transportation)
- Transferring and positioning of client
- Observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions
- Companionship and conversation
- Paid PCA training opportunity
- $13-$15 per hour
- $250 Sign on Bonus

- Senior Helpers contributes $50/month for Allstate accident/disability insurance
