Staffing Coordinator, Healthcare

The Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community serving Tulsa and the surrounding area, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating the scheduling and staffing of our healthcare professionals, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

Our team includes experienced nurses, therapists, and caregivers who work together to create individualized care plans for each resident.

• Coordinate the scheduling of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and caregivers, to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and maintain accurate staffing schedules
• Identify and address staffing gaps and conflicts, working with teams to resolve issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, including schedules, changes, and updates
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including staffing schedules, vacancy lists, and turnover rates
• Develop and implement processes to improve staffing efficiency and productivity
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
