We are seeking a Certified Medication Aide to assist with medication administration and resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications according to orders and facility policy.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Document medications and resident care accurately.
- Follow infection-control and safety procedures.
- Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff.
- Current CMA certification as required by the state.
- Previous long-term-care experience preferred.
- Compassionate and dependable.
Strong attention to detail.
